• Curtis D. Gordon - is a founding member of the firm. He graduated in 1982 cum laude from Hampden-Sydney College with a dual major in history and economics, and a 1985 graduate of the TC Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. Curtis is a lifelong Richmond resident and a past director of the Henrico County Bar Association. Curtis practices business law, including mergers and acquisitions, civil litigation, debt collection and real estate.

• Lynn Murphy Tucker - has been practicing law in the Commonwealth of Virginia since 1986. Lynn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1982 from the College of William and Mary; she earned her law degree in 1985 from the TC Williams School of Law, University of Richmond, where she was a member of the Richmond Law Review. Prior to joining DankosGordon P.C. in 1992, Lynn was a law clerk at the Virginia Court of Appeals, then practiced as an associate attorney at one of Richmond's largest insurance defense firms. Lynn focuses her practice in the areas of civil litigation, estate planning and administration, personal injury, and real estate. Lynn is approved by the Virginia Supreme Court for appointment as guardian ad litem for incapacitated adults.

• W. Kyle Roberts – is an Associate who joined the firm in 2020. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from the University of South Carolina in 2008, and a dual Juris Doctor/Finance MBA from the University of South Carolina in 2016. While he was in law school, Kyle worked for two real estate developers where he helped draft purchase contracts, leases and financing proformas. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in real estate banking underwriting large revolving construction lines of credit for the homebuilding industry. Kyle focuses his practice on real estate law, landlord/tenant matters, estate planning, civil litigation, and business law.

• Jason Shaber – is an Associate who joined the firm in 2021. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Longwood University in 2014 and a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2018. While he was in law school, Jason worked for a real estate law firm, where he primarily focused on mortgage foreclosure matters and residential/commercial real estate transactions. Jason is a life-long resident of Richmond, Virginia, growing up in Henrico County. Jason is certified to practice law in Virginia and Alabama. He focuses his practice on real estate law, landlord/tenant matters, estate planning, civil litigation, and business law.
